Orders and payment
Choose your products, add them to the cart and complete the order at checkout. All prices include VAT. Payment is made in USDT on the Polygon network, at the fixed rate shown at checkout; the order is confirmed once the transaction is verified on the blockchain. Full conditions: Terms and conditions.
Shipping
We ship worldwide. Food travels by refrigerated express in the cold chain and leaves Monday to Wednesday; merch is made to order. VAT-inclusive rates, zones and times: Shipping.
Returns, withdrawal and damaged goods
For merch you have 14 days from delivery to withdraw. For food the right of withdrawal is excluded by law, but if it arrives damaged or with the cold chain broken, write to us within 24 hours with the order code and photos: we replace or refund. Full details: Refunds.
