Che cosa vendiamo, a chi, a che prezzo e come si paga.
1. What we sell
This site sells four services: BDC-STORIA (7,930 euro), BDC-MESE (963.80 euro), BDC-FOGLI (4,270 euro) and BDC-CONTROLLO (2,318 euro); the Line 50 and collection food references; CRABBY™ merchandise. All amounts include VAT; shipping of goods is added according to the Shipping table.
Gift cards, the CRABBY™ Burger and orders above 20 kg remain on request and are not paid online: request them from the Access list or by writing to shop@bluedeltacrab.shop. Merch images show the item's graphic design: production starts on order.
2. Che cosa non sono i servizi
I servizi seguono lo standard di riferimento, non rendono soci del consorzio e non danno diritto ad alcuna licenza d'uso del marchio: nessuna licenza è stata rilasciata.
3. Pagamento
Il pagamento avviene solo in USDT sulla rete Polygon, all'indirizzo mostrato alla cassa, con il cambio fisso 1 EUR = 1,08 USDT. Altre reti o altre valute non sono riconosciute. Le commissioni di rete sono a carico di chi paga. L'ordine è confermato quando la transazione è verificata sulla blockchain.
4. Esecuzione
Tempi, materiali da fornire e modalità di consegna sono concordati per iscritto prima dell'avvio del lavoro. Le informazioni che ci dai devono essere veritiere: scriviamo ciò che ci documenti, non ciò che non c'è.
5. Shipping and delivery of goods
We ship worldwide: Italy, European Union, non-EU Europe, USA and Canada, rest of the world. The rate depends on the zone and the parcel weight, includes VAT and is included in the total and the USDT amount shown at checkout. Rates, zones and times are on the Shipping page.
Food travels refrigerated express in the cold chain, following the rule on the Cold chain page: chilled fishery products near the temperature of melting ice, frozen ones at −18 °C or below, temperatures kept throughout transport (Reg. EC 853/2004). We ship food Monday to Wednesday, to avoid weekend stops.
Outside the European Union, duties, taxes and customs formalities of the destination country are paid by the recipient. If a food cannot be imported into the given country or the courier refuses the shipment, we cancel the order and refund everything, shipping included. Check the parcel on receipt: report damage or a broken cold chain within 24 hours for food and within 8 days for other goods.
6. Withdrawal
See the page If you change your mind. For perishable or sealed food the right of withdrawal is excluded under art. 59(1)(d) and (e) of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005); guarantees for defective or non-conforming products still apply. For merch, withdrawal is 14 days from delivery.
7. Legge applicabile
Si applica la legge italiana. Se agisci come consumatore restano ferme le tutele inderogabili del Codice del consumo e il foro del tuo luogo di residenza.
